As you continue to explore the world, your luggage or bag will be subject to wear and tear. While we ensure all our products are made with high-quality materials, it is imperative to exercise product care to guarantee the long life of your luggage or bag.

Hardside Luggage

To clean the exterior of your hard case luggage, spot cleans any tough stains or marks with a damp cloth or soft bristle brush and mild soap.

For aluminum bags, you can coat with metal polish after cleaning and drying for additional shine and protection.

Softside Luggage

To clean the exterior of soft case luggage, spot clean using a cloth with mild soap and water.

Odors In Luggage

If you notice any odors from within your luggage, sprinkle baking soda inside the suitcase and let it sit overnight closed.

Vacuum the bag out the next day to collect the baking soda.

Fabric Bags

We recommend only spot cleaning any fabric bags. Use mild soap and a damp cloth and wipe away any dirt on your bag. Make sure that the fabric is dry.

Proper Packing

To reduce the likelihood of zippers and fabric seams tearing, do not overstuff your luggage or bags and pack the heaviest items at the bottom.

Proper Storage

Store your bag in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight.

Ensure your bag is dry before storing it away to prevent mildew from forming.

If you're not a frequent traveler, we recommend covering your luggage with a luggage cover to prevent dust from settling.

For small bags and soft case luggage, make sure that all zippers are closed and stuff outside pockets with paper stuffing in order to help maintain its shape.
