2. Upon successful registration, the customer will receive Php500 worth of e-voucher via email within 3 working days

1. How long is an E-voucher valid for?
    An E-voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. No extensions will be given for expired E-voucher.
2. How many times can I use the E-voucher?
    Each E-voucher is unique and valid for one (1) time usage in a single booking transaction only.
3. How many E-voucher can I use for each booking?
    Only one (1) E-voucher can be used for each travel booking.
4. Is the E-voucher refundable or replaceable? 
    No. The E-voucher is non-refundable/non-exchangeable/non-replaceable.
5. Is the E-voucher transferable to a 3rd party?
   Yes. The E-voucheristransferable and cardholders may choose to give it to a 3rd party, which can only be used to book online at The 3rd party will have to settle the balance payment with a credit card.
6. Can I pay for the full amount of my travel booking using the E-voucher?
    No. Only one (1) E-voucher is allowed for each booking. E-voucher issued are worth Php500 each only. You can use any Credit Card to pay for the remaining balance.
7. Am I allowed to cancel or amend my confirmed booking paid in full/partially with an E-voucher?
    Any confirmed travel booking paid in full/partial with an E-voucher is not eligible for any cancellation/amendment/refund.
8. Is my travel booking managed by The Travel Club?
    No. All travel bookings are managed by and is responsible for all subsequent booking logistics and requests.
