  1. Where can I have my bag/luggage repaired?

           b. The Travel Club only accept items bought in our store. Make sure to present a receipt as proof of purchase.

           c. Warranty depends on the brand and will only cover loose stitches and zipper repair

           d. The Travel Club will only charge for replacement of parts like wheels, zipper, other hardware

  2. Can I have the item I recently just purchased replaced?
    1. The Travel Club allow replacement of purchase within 7 days upon purchase but customer has to bring the tag of the item purchased and the original receipt.
    2. Customer also has to bring it back to the store where he/she purchased the item.
  3. Are you open to tie-ups/ sponsorship?

           a. The Travel Club are open to tie-ups, they just need to e-mail a proposal letter to  thetravelclub.ph@primergrp.com.

  5. What are your credit cards options that accept installment?
    1. The Travel Club accepts all major credit cards for installment: BDO, BPI, Citibank, HSBC, RCBC, Security Bank, PNB, Metrobank, Eastwest, etc.
